Leslie Harrington Ph.D
Leslie Harrington Ph.D has held various senior management positions in the area of color strategy and color marketing over a 25 year tenure within the industry, including 16-years serving as the Color and Design Director for Benjamin Moore Paints. In that role, she developed and designed the company’s Color Preview color system as it launched the 21s century. She has also worked for leading companies in the cosmetic, pharmaceutical, durable goods, consumer goods, and technology industries.
Dr. Harrington is the Co-founder of HUEgroup, a color intelligence company, and the Executive Director of The Color Association of the United States, a color trend agency founded in 1915 specializing in Women’s, Men’s and Youth Fashion, as well as Interiors/Environments.
She is a professional member of ASID, is on the Executive Committee of the AIC - International Colour Association and served on the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of CMG.
Leslie has an undergraduate degree in Interior Design, an MBA from NYU, Stern School of Business, and a Ph.D. in Color Strategy.
Anat Lechner Ph.D
Anat Lechner, PhD, is the co-founder of LHColor, a color research and consulting company.
Dr. Lechner is a Professor of Business Management at the Stern School of Business, New York University where she focuses on disruptive leadership, innovation, and strategic change.
A former Research Fellow at McKinsey & Co. has advised global Fortune 500 firms in the Financial Services, Pharmaceuticals, Chemicals, Energy, Food, High Tech, Design and Retail industries.
She keynotes on issues pertaining to cutting edge business leadership trends and has been interviewed and cited in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal Forbes, Time and other premier global media outlets.
She holds an MBA and a PhD in Organization Management from Rutgers University, NJ.
